CHURCH CLOSED-Our session met on November 17th and determined for the safety of the congregation to close the church until December 14th. They looked at factors such the local and regional increase of positive cases, increased encounters locally, Michigan DHHS recommendations, other regional church responses, and age and wellness of our congregation as a whole. With all of these factors, they felt the best decision currently was to close for 4 weeks and revisit the situation on December 15. We understand that not everyone will be happy with this decision, but we must take all members and friends in account and try to figure out what is best for everyone. Services will continue on ZOOM as they did this spring. Invitation for the Zoom service will be emailed and mailed out weekly in the announcements. Services will be at our regular time of 9 am. If there are any concerns or questions, please contact me or any member of session and ask.

Most importantly right now is our ability to be malleable. Session made their decisions on the entire congregation and friends and will continue to reevaluate as we move forward. We know that some people will want more stringent guidelines and others less stringent guidelines, we ask that you follow our guidelines and not impose your personal guidelines on others. Thank you. In Christ, Pastor Ken.
Weekly Sunday Announcements will be sent out every week. As we look for ways to improve, we will let you know. We will keep you updated as Session moves forward.
